Welcome to Hillsdale Athletics! My name is James Madison and I am the athletic director at Hillsdale High School. Over 750 Hillsdale students compete in athletics at Hillsdale. At Hillsdale, we try to provide a rigorous academic and athletic experience for our students. Twenty-two of our twenty-four sports programs  compete in the highly respected Peninsula Athletic League. The PAL is comprised of three power divisions: Bay, Ocean and Lake. The PAL Bay and PAL South division are considered the top divisions in the Peninsula Athletic League and recognized as one of the most respected leagues in the Central Coast Section. Twelve of our twenty-two PAL sports programs compete in the PAL Bay division and PAL South. Our Girls and Boys Lacrosse programs compete in the Santa Clara Valley Athletics League (SCVAL) and the West Bay Athletic League (WBAL).
