• WUE Colleges:  Western Undergraduate Exchange (WUE-- pronounced “Whoo-wee”) Participating out of state public schools offer out of state students a significant reduction in tuition. Many of our students apply to and attend WUE schools. (For example, Colorado State University, Fort Collins; Oregon State University; University of Hawai'i at Manoa.) Includes both 2 and 4 year colleges.
