Counseling Support on Campus

Summer 2025 Wellness Support

As we head into summer break, we recognize that the shift away from daily routines can bring new challenges for some students. SMUHSD remains committed to supporting equitable access to mental health care for all students and families.

Limited Wellness support will be available from June 5 through July 10, Monday–Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

  • For non-urgent support, students can complete this Google Form to request an appointment with a Wellness Counselor.
  • For urgent needs or immediate safety concerns, please call 911 or visit the crisis resources below for additional support services available in the community.

In addition, Care Solace is an online no cost resource with a live 24/7 concierge meant to assist students and families in finding local mental health-related programs and counseling services. Students and their families can access Care Solace services by contacting the Wellness team or:

  • Call (888) 515-0595 to speak with someone from your Concierge team

Representatives are standing by to take your call or email 24/7

Wishing you all a safe, healthy, and restful summer!

Wellness Counseling Appointments

Students can request to speak with a Wellness Counselor by signing up for drop-in support.  We take appointments during regular school days and hours.
