WHO WE ARE
The GATE Parents Group is a non-profit volunteer organization that works with the San Mateo Union High School District (SMUHSD) and is committed to supporting a high-quality GATE program at the district and school site levels that meets the needs of learners who are GATE identified.  To learn more go to www.gateparents.com.

WHAT WE DO
The GATE Parents Group offer many programs and funding opportunities for the students, parents and teachers in the school district, including:

                 - organizing and funding free district-wide events and speakers,
                 - providing the sole source of funding for all district and site GATE opportunities,
                 - giving grants to teachers and schools and
                 - offering academic year and summer enrichment courses.
